WINE MAKING

Selection and thinning of bunches of grapes, followed by manual harvesting in 15kg crates. Cold pre-fermentation maceration then takes place for 3 days, followed by further fermentation for 12 days, incorporating 10% pre-selected stems. Prolonged maceration then takes place for 15 days, leaving the wine in contact with the skins. 30% of the wine is then aged in oak barrels and 70% in concrete oval vats for 6 months

TASTING
Red in colour with deep purple hues. Intense on the nose with herbaceous aromas, reminiscent of green bell pepper and countryside. On the palate it is smooth, and sweet with a lasting hint of oak
