WINE MAKING

Selection of the best hand-picked grapes, from vines over 10 years old, which are then transported to the winery in small boxes of 17kg. These are then separated by variety for fermentation and blended again before aging them in tanks and barrels.

TASTING
Deep ruby red in color. Floral, mineral, and herbaceous aromas typical of the varieties it contains. On the palate, it has a pleasant entry and a light mid-palate, with an elegant finish and great persistence.
