Produced from old-vine plots at the highest altitudes of the estate, Grand Vin Rosé represents the purest expression of Château La Coste’s terroir. Grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted both in the vineyard and cellar, before whole-cluster pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts at low temperature. The wine is partially matured on fine lees in stainless steel to enhance texture and finesse.

Tasting Note:
A delicate pale peach colour. The nose is expressive, revealing stone fruit aromas of peach and apricot, lifted by subtle iodine and aniseed notes. Generous on the palate and perfectly balanced, this rosé leads to a long, fresh, and persistent finish, echoing its mineral and aromatic finesse.
