Winemaking
Harvested mechanically, the grapes are gently pressed at low temperature before fermenting in stainless steel tanks. A short maturation on fine lees preserves the purity of fruit, minerality, and lively freshness.

Tasting Notes
Delicately yellow with silver highlights. A delicate and Fresh nose, with notes of florals and white fruits. Fresh on the palate with a well balanced mix of salinity and citrus.
