Madame ‘B’ is a wine that reflects not only its clear provenance in Aix-en-Provence, but also further inspires Château La Coste’s enduring belief that wine, art, architecture and the beauty of nature should all be enjoyed together.

WINEMAKING

Careful plot specific selection of grapes with low-temperature pressing and fermentation to preserve the colour and flavour of the grapes. Maturation takes place in stainless steel vats on fine lees to add body and complexity, whilst preserving the fruit and freshness. Organic wine made from Demeter-certified grapes

TASTING NOTES:
A lovely pale colour with a hint of salmon pink. A bouquet of white fruit aromas blending citrus (grapefruit) with red berries (strawberry and cherry), and a lovely minerality. A lovely full-bodied palate, rounded, fresh and complex, with notes of white peach and pear. A touch of structure-giving bitterness, and a long, mouthwatering finish.
