WINE MAKING
Produced from wines grown on our estate terroirs, NOOH Blanc Sparkling delivers the full pleasure of fine wine - without the alcohol.
The alcohol is carefully removed by vacuum distillation - an evaporation process carried out at a maximum of 35-40°C. This gentle technique preserves the wine’s natural aromas, freshness, and delicate structure, ensuring purity and elegance in every glass.

TASTING
A luminous yellow hue with silver reflections. The nose opens with fresh, fruity notes of white flowers, pear, and crisp Granny Smith apple, lifted by a touch of citrus zest -  especially lemon - adding brightness and energy.
On the palate, it is lively and refreshing, with a finish that is elegant and lightly lemony, leaving a clean, invigorating impression.
A particularly refreshing and graceful wine- perfect for any celebration or moment of indulgence.
