WINE MAKING
Made from organic wines grown on our estate terroirs, NOOH Rosé offers unadulterated pleasure. The alcohol is gently removed by vacuum distillation - an evaporation process carried out at a maximum of 35-40°C. This careful method preserves the wine’s aromatic integrity and delicate balance, ensuring the purest expression of flavour remains intact.

TASTING
Pale, brilliant pink with delicate salmon hues. The nose opens with bright citrus notes, followed by expressive aromas of red fruits - cherry, strawberry, and redcurrant. On the palate, it is round, with a pleasantly fruity taste. The finish is crisp, elegant, and persistent.
