WINE MAKING
Made from wines grown on our estate terroirs, NOOH Rosé Sparkling offers unadulterated pleasure with the added bonus of being light. The alcohol is gently removed by vacuum distillation - an evaporation process carried out at a maximum of 35-40°C. This method preserves the wine’s aromatic integrity and delicate balance, ensuring the purest expression of flavour remains intact.

TASTING
Pale, brilliant pink with delicate salmon hues. The nose opens with bright citrus notes, followed by expressive aromas of red fruits - cherry, strawberry, and redcurrant. On the palate, fine and creamy bubbles create a round, refreshing texture, balanced by lively acidity and subtle fruit sweetness. The finish is crisp, elegant, and persistent.
