Direct pressing of whole grapes.

Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats on fine lees (3 months).

Tasting Note:
La Bulle is delicate salmon in colour with fine bubbles. The nose is an expressive bouquet of white and red, it is fresh and floral on the palate, with the fine and creamy bubbles offering a round, refreshing texture.
